When the mixture begins to thicken, increase the amount of oil to be poured in to three tablespoons. Wait until the oil is absorbed each time after pouring in the oil. After that, beat the mixture for a few more minutes, and then turn off the mixer. Taking out the finished mayonnaise from the mixer, transfer it to any container, cover with a lid and refrigerate for several hours. Remember that homemade mayonnaise will last less than a week!
