The shops are overflowing with a variety of cakes and pies. Their taste is no longer surprising. I want something homemade. In this case, it is appropriate to offer a chocolate "magic" cake.
It is necessary
- chicken egg - 4 pcs.,
- granulated sugar - ¾ tbsp.,
- butter - 125 g,
- wheat flour - 65 g,
- cocoa powder - 6 tablespoons,
- milk - 0.5 l,
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp,
- table vinegar - 1 tsp,
- salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 160 degrees. Prepare a baking pan, brush it with butter, sprinkle with flour on top.
Step 2
Wash the eggs, divide them into whites and yolks in different containers. Whisk in whites, add vinegar while whisking. The mass should triple.
Step 3
Add a tablespoon of plain water and sugar to the yolks. Beat the composition with a mixer. Melt the butter, cool it a little. Add butter, salt and vanilla essence to the beaten yolks. Continue whisking, gradually adding the cocoa powder and flour. They can be connected in advance. Heat the milk until warm, pour it into the egg mass, stir.
Step 4
Gently add whipped whites to the main part of the dough. Mixing everything, pour the dough into a mold. Place it in the oven, bake for an hour.
Step 5
The finished cake may turn out to be a little thin in the middle. Cool the "magic" chocolate cake, then cut into portions.
