It is necessary

  • - flour (sifted) - 500-550 g;
  • - eggs (raw) - 6 pieces;
  • - sugar - 190-210 g;
  • - any mayonnaise - 250 g;
  • - GOST condensed milk - 380 g (metal can);
  • - baking powder - 2 full teaspoons;
  • - sour cream (good quality) - 700-800 g;
  • - dark chocolate - 400 g + how much is required for sprinkling.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough: break the eggs into a convenient dish, add sugar and grind until smooth. Add condensed milk, mayonnaise (do not be afraid that because of it the taste of the cake will become strange - you cannot feel mayonnaise in the finished cakes) and mix the ingredients. Then add baking powder and flour. Knead the dough, it will not be very thick.

Step 2

Grease the mold (26 cm) with removable sides (it is better to use butter). Put part of the dough into the mold, so that a layer of 1 cm is obtained. Bake the cake (23 min., 180 ° C). After that, by analogy, we bake 3 more such cakes from the rest of the dough.

Step 3

Prepare the cream: heat the sour cream, melt the chocolate separately, then combine the sour cream with chocolate and stir until smooth.

Step 4

Cut the finished cooled cakes horizontally. We thoroughly soak all the resulting layers of dough with chocolate cream, then put one on top of the other. Outside, coat the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. We put it in the refrigerator, take it out shortly before the ceremonial serving.
