Magic cottage cheese cake is a delicacy for the holiday. It is easy to prepare, but it turns out to be a real work of culinary art!
It is necessary
- - cottage cheese - 700 grams;
- - gelatin - 40 grams;
- - raisins, sugar, sour cream - 1 glass each;
- - pasteurized milk - 3 glasses;
- - walnuts - 1 glass;
- - two tangerines, two kiwis;
- - vanilla, canned peaches and pineapples.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour gelatin with a glass of milk, leave to swell for half an hour. Then dissolve over low heat in the remaining hot milk, but do not bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the raisins, leave for half an hour, fold on a sieve, dry. Chop the kernels coarsely.
Step 3
Wipe the cottage cheese, mix with sour cream, sugar, nuts, raisins, season with vanilla to taste. Add the jelly mixture, mix.
Step 4
Put mandarin slices on the bottom of a split form, pour part of the curd mixture. Place the kiwi slices on top, fill with the mixture again. Layer pineapple slices, cover with mixture, lay a layer of peach slices, cover with mixture. Repeat the layers again. Just do not stack the fruits too tightly to each other, otherwise the layers will not adhere well.
Step 5
Refrigerate the cake for four hours. If desired, the finished treat can be sprinkled with coconut flakes, shabby chocolate.
