There are many recipes for pancakes and crepes. With or without filling, thin and thick, sweet and sour. Here is a recipe for pancakes with holes. They will attract you not only with their taste, but also with their beautiful appearance.
It is necessary
- You will need: 1 liter of whey,
- flour - enough to make a dough in consistency, like thick sour cream (it should pour into a frying pan),
- 1 teaspoon topped with baking soda,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- a pinch of salt,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil (in the dough),
- vegetable oil for frying (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
Add sugar and salt to warm whey. Then add the required amount of flour.
Step 2
Only after adding flour, pour soda and thoroughly stir the dough with a whisk.
Step 3
Add sunflower oil to the dough, stir.
Step 4
Leave the dough to “rest” for 30 minutes in a warm place under a towel.
Step 5
Before frying, preheat the pan and grease it a little with vegetable oil.
Step 6
Beat the dough with a whisk for a minute - bubbles will appear in the dough - future holes in the pancakes.
Step 7
Scoop up the dough (a little less than a ladle) and pour it into the middle of the pan. You do not need to help the dough, it is not necessary to spread in the pan, let it float. It will turn out to be a magnificent pancake.
Step 8
Attention, an obligatory step! We cover the pan with a pancake lid, so the pancake will not only be fried, but also baked. After a minute, remove the lid, see many, many holes in the pancake, turn it over and again cover the pan with a lid for a minute.
Step 9
Before baking the next pancake, beat the dough again with a whisk to form bubbles and bake the pancake in the same way as described in point 8.
Step 10
Each pancake can be greased with butter.
