Mushroom sauce is very relevant to meat dishes, as well as potatoes. The spicy taste of porcini mushrooms will accentuate the taste of meat and will be an excellent addition to the dish.

40 grams of dried porcini mushrooms, 100 grams of onions, 15 grams of flour, 80 grams of tomato puree, 40 grams of vegetable oil, 40 grams of ghee, 400 grams of water, salt to taste

Rinse dried porcini mushrooms well in cold water, then rinse with warm water. Pour 400 grams of cold water over the mushrooms and leave for 2-3 hours.

Boil the mushrooms in the same water in which they were soaked until tender (about half an hour).

Remove the finished mushrooms from the broth and chop finely. Strain the mushroom broth.

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil. Add the tomato, chopped mushrooms to the onion, and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes over low heat.

Pour the hot mushroom broth into the mushrooms and onions and let it boil. After boiling, add flour mixed with ghee.

Boil the sauce on a low simmer for about 10 minutes, season with salt and turn off the heat. Serve hot or cold.
