Soft cheese cakes with curd filling are delicious. You can cook them not only for breakfast, but also on the road - as a quick meal.
It is necessary
- 250 ml of kefir,
- 0.5 tsp Sahara,
- 0.5 tsp sea salt,
- 0.5 tsp baking soda,
- 150 gr of cheese
- 300 grams of wheat flour plus a little for dusting,
- 400 gr of cottage cheese,
- 3 yolks,
- 50 grams of butter,
- some ground pepper
- half a bunch of dill,
- half a bunch of green onions,
- vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Knead 400 grams of low-fat cottage cheese in a bowl. Add soft butter and mix. While stirring, grind the mixture with a spoon.
Step 2
We introduce yolks into the curd mass (one at a time), mix.
Step 3
We wash and dry the dill and green onions, chop. Add greens to a bowl of cottage cheese, salt and pepper a little, mix. The filling for the cheese cakes is ready.
Step 4
Pour warm kefir into a bowl, add granulated sugar, sea salt and soda. We leave the mixture for ten minutes.
Step 5
Finely three cheese and mix with kefir mixture. Add flour, knead a little sticky dough.
Step 6
Sprinkle a little flour on the table. We put the dough on the table, from which we form a ball. Dip the ball in flour.
Step 7
Divide the dough into six parts. We level part of the dough into a cake to a thickness of half a centimeter. We put two tablespoons of curd filling on the cake, pinch the edges, form a bag, which we level to the desired size. We perform the same actions with the remaining parts of the test.
Step 8
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the cakes on both sides until golden brown.
