The Potato cake has many cooking options. This dessert is known to everyone who remembers the cookery and cafeterias of the Soviet era. With the modern abundance of various products, making a cake is quite simple. To do this, you need to buy a small amount of ingredients at affordable prices.

- –Condensed milk (260 ml);
- –Almonds (10-14 pcs.);
- –Cocoa powder (40 g);
- –Vanilla sugar (3 g).

Step 1
Place the cookies in a cup and grind with a blender or wooden rolling pin. This process is time consuming, but very important, since you are making the base for the cake. The finer the cookie crumb, the softer the dessert will be.

Next, mix the butter thoroughly with condensed milk. Do not forget to keep the oil warm for some time. Ingredients of the same temperature will combine better into a uniform consistency. Make sure that any lumps of butter dissolve in the condensed milk.

Gradually add the crushed cookies to the resulting cream, stirring actively with a wooden spatula. Then add vanillin and beat the mixture again. Moisten clean hands with cool water and start shaping the cakes.
Step 4
Spoon a small amount of the dough and slap it from different sides to make oblong cakes that look like potatoes. Pour cocoa separately onto a plate. Dip each cake in cocoa so that no dough gaps remain.
Step 5
Fry the almonds in a dry skillet and place one nut at a time in the center of the cake. Remove the dessert in the cold for 5-7 hours.
