Full is a kind of dessert that resembles jelly or compote with cream. We offer you to cook rhubarb ful - a truly unique plant, which is not only very useful, but also is the basis for many sweet and not only dishes.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 230 g rhubarb stalks;
- - a glass of vanilla yogurt;
- - 1/4 cup sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of fresh orange juice;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of Gran Marnier liqueur.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 3 tbsp into a small skillet. tablespoons of orange juice (squeeze it from fresh fruit), add sugar. Cut the rhubarb stalks into small pieces, send them to the frying pan too. Heat the mixture over low heat - the sugar should completely dissolve.
Step 2
Cover the pan with a lid (not completely), cook the mixture until the rhubarb is soft, it will take an average of only five minutes. After that, pour in the Gran Marnier liqueur, stir, cool the mass slightly. Put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Put a layer of yogurt in bowls or deep glasses, then the mass with sweet rhubarb. Use a small knife to describe a spiral inside the mass so that the layers mix only partially, creating beautiful patterns.
Step 4
It is recommended to chill the rhubarb full for another hour before serving. You can serve the treat for dessert or as a light, healthy snack.
