Ugat gwina is a Jewish curd delicacy. We know this dish as a curd casserole or cottage cheese. It is prepared in different ways, nuts, raisins, dried apricots, etc. are added to it. The essence of cooking it is to get a lush and airy structure.

Instructions
Step 1
Take a baking sheet and cover with parchment or grease with oil. Grind the cookies into crumbs and add 125 grams of melted butter. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Put in a mold, cover with cellophane and put in a cold place for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Soak gelatin in the cream.
Beat the cream: cheese, 155 grams of sugar, bring to a homogeneous mass.
Put condensed milk, 40 grams of butter, 45 grams of sugar in a saucepan. Put on low heat, bring to a boil, stir constantly, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add gelatin with cream to the curd mixture, mix well. Then pour in the caramel and make literally 2-3 stirring movements, do not bring to homogeneity. So the caramel will be well distributed in even layers in the cheese mass.
Step 4
Put the finished mass on the base, refrigerate for 4 hours. Garnish with toasted and chopped almonds.
