An unusual appetizer is suitable for any holiday and will become both an addition to any dish and an independent dish. It's not for nothing that autumn is the time for mushrooms!
It is necessary
15 large mushrooms, 400 grams of chicken fillet, 300 grams of cheese, 1/2 pack of mayonnaise, 1/2 bunch of herbs, vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Clean the champignons from dirt and wipe with a damp cloth. Remove the mushroom legs so as not to damage the caps.
Step 2
Cut the mushroom legs into small circles and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Boil the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Wash greens and chop finely
Step 5
Combine the fried mushroom legs, chicken fillet, mayonnaise, 1 part cheese and herbs. Stir well and fill the mushrooms with this filling. Use a teaspoon for this.
Step 6
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mushrooms and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
