Stuffed mushrooms are a fairly popular and favorite hot snack on the festive table. Champignons, or any other mushrooms, are stuffed with cheese, vegetables, seafood, meat.
It is necessary
- -8 large mushrooms
- -200g Feta cheese
- - half a can of pitted olives
- - basil, parsley
- -1/2 Art. dry white wine
- -vegetable oil
- - ground black pepper, salt
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the champignons thoroughly, dry with a paper towel, separate the legs from the caps.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, chop finely, and then grind the olives in a blender. Chop the basil and parsley, and chop the mushroom legs into small pieces. Place the grated cheese, chopped champignon legs, basil and olives in a small bowl, add white wine and olive oil, season with black pepper, salt and stir.
Step 3
Stuff the mushroom caps with the resulting mixture. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet greased with olive oil and bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
