Stewed beets in sour cream
Ingredients:
- 500 g of beets;
- a glass of sour cream;
- 1 carrot, parsley root;
- 50 g of oil;
- 1 st. a spoonful of sugar, flour, lemon juice;
- salt.
Cut carrots, beets and parsley into strips, put in a saucepan, sprinkle with lemon juice, simmer covered for 40 minutes. Add oil occasionally and stir the beets.
Fry flour and butter in a skillet, add salt, sugar, flour. Boil for 2 minutes. Season prepared vegetables with this sour cream sauce.
Beetroot stew in oil
Ingredients:
- 3 beets;
- 1 celery root, carrot;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour;
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar;
- sugar, salt, lavrushka.
Peel vegetables, cut beets, celery and carrots into strips, put in a saucepan, add vinegar, oil and a little water. Mix, simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add flour to ready-made vegetables, stir, add sugar and salt to taste, put bay leaf, stir, boil for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
