It is necessary

  • - 200 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%;
  • - 5 g vanilla sugar;
  • - 200 ml of kefir with a fat content of 3.2%;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 2 raw chicken eggs;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 4 tablespoons of flour;
  • - vegetable oil on which you will fry.

Instructions

Step 1

Put cottage cheese in a small saucepan and break 2 eggs. Stir the mixture thoroughly so that the curd becomes grain-free.

Step 2

Heat the kefir and pour into the mixture of cottage cheese and eggs. Add salt, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix the dough well and leave for about 20 minutes.

Step 3
