Kefir cheese pancakes are slightly thinner than traditional cheese pancakes, and they taste more tender and resemble pancakes.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9%;
- - 5 g vanilla sugar;
- - 200 ml of kefir with a fat content of 3.2%;
- - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 raw chicken eggs;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 4 tablespoons of flour;
- - vegetable oil on which you will fry.
Instructions
Step 1
Put cottage cheese in a small saucepan and break 2 eggs. Stir the mixture thoroughly so that the curd becomes grain-free.
Step 2
Heat the kefir and pour into the mixture of cottage cheese and eggs. Add salt, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix the dough well and leave for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into a preheated pan. Put the resulting dough with a spoon in a pan at the rate of 2 tablespoons - for 1 cheese pan.
Step 4
Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce heat. After the syrniki are browned, they can be turned over and fried again under a closed lid.
