Squid meat is almost 100% protein, which is easily absorbed by our body. The taurine it contains helps to lower blood cholesterol levels, stabilizes blood pressure and has an anti-sclerotic effect. Vitamin E and selenium, which are found in squid meat, remove harmful salts of heavy metals from the body. It is a dietary product that can also be given to children.
