  • - 1 banana

Instructions

Step 1

First, take eggs, flour, 150 g granulated sugar, baking powder. And bake a biscuit. Cool and cut into 2 cakes.

Step 2

Pour 100 g of gelatin with hot water, stir until completely dissolved and leave to cool.

Step 3

Sour cream, 200 g of granulated sugar and cottage cheese, beat with a blender. Add strawberries and continue whisking. Pour in the cooled gelatin and leave to thicken. The consistency should resemble a thick porridge.

Step 4

Take the cakes, soak with juice from canned pineapples. Place the first crust on a large plate. Put part of the curd-strawberry mass on the cake, then the second cake and then the rest of the filling.

Step 5

Place in a cold place until it hardens completely, about 3-5 hours.

Step 6

Dissolve the jelly in 250 g hot water and leave to cool. Slice the banana, apple, canned pineapple and strawberries nicely.

Step 7

Decorate the frozen cake with fruit, pour the jelly on top and place in a cold place until it solidifies.
