It is necessary

    • cannelloni or manicotti (special varieties of pasta for stuffing);
    • olive oil or butter;
    • a couple of cloves of garlic;
    • one onion;
    • fresh tomatoes (four pieces);
    • 5 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
    • spice
    • salt to taste;
    • chopped meat.

Instructions

Step 1

Stuffing pasta is very simple and pretty quick. The main thing is to choose the right pasta. Cannelloni are considered correct for stuffing with pasta. This is a special type of pasta (thick tubes with large holes, two to three centimeters in diameter, about ten centimeters long). But you can also stuff manicotti. This is also pasta, but in the form of large shells or shells (large). Both are sold in grocery stores.

Step 2

First, prepare the filling for the pasta. Traditionally, this is minced meat, but the filling can be different. Both from chicken, pork, or veal meat, and from vegetables and cereals (rice, buckwheat). Take two deep frying pans. In one, the sauce will be prepared, and the minced meat will be fried in the other. Cooking these two ingredients at the same time will save you time.

Step 3

The sauce takes longer to cook, so start with it. To do this, pour olive oil into a frying pan and add finely chopped garlic and onions. If you don't have olive oil, use butter. When the onion and garlic are browned (five to eight minutes), add the diced tomatoes (peel the tomatoes in advance), and then add three to five tablespoons of tomato paste. Send spices there: dry mixtures of basil, black ground pepper, ground nutmeg, dill, and salt to taste. Stir well and cover. Fry for ten to fifteen minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Pour olive oil into the second frying pan and add the minced meat purchased or prepared in advance. Fry it over high heat. When the meat is cooked, add the sauce to it and stir the resulting dressing thoroughly.

Step 5

Business for pasta. Take a large saucepan and boil water in it (add salt first). Then send the pasta there. And simmer them. Check readiness after eight to ten minutes to taste. Drain the water, add a teaspoon of oil and stir. Let the pasta cool slightly and start stuffing.

Step 6

Place the finished pasta on a plate and stuff with the dressing. As a finishing touch, sprinkle with chopped herbs on top and serve.
