- prunes -250 g;
- raisins - 50 g;

- pepper;

- Roast lamb with red pepper in 30 minutes
- lamb - 800 g;
- butter - 75 g;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- red pepper - ½ tsp;
- tomato paste - 75 g;
- salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Roast for 10 minutes Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and fry the meat cut into small pieces on all sides in it. Put the onion, cut into 4 parts, in the same place, salt and pepper to taste. Close the pot. Simmer the meat for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Braised meat in 35 minutes Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the meat cut into portions in it on all sides. Then take it out and put chopped onion and carrots grated on a coarse grater in its place. When the vegetables are well fried, put sour cream and meat on top, salt, pepper and sprinkle with herbs. Cover the pot and simmer until tender.

Beef stew in 20 minutes Melt the oil in a saucepan and fry the chopped meat in it, add the onion, cut into 4 parts. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, immediately peel and cut into 8 pieces.
