Coconut milk will give an unusual taste to the usual dish. You will need 1 cup semolina, 2 ½ cups of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of refined white sugar, and 3 cardamom pods.
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Pour the semolina in an even layer and heat the cereal for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Pour coconut milk into a saucepan, add sugar and cardamom.
