Instructions

Step 1

Remove the butter from the refrigerator, keep it warm for a while until it becomes soft, then combine with sugar and grind.

Step 2

Add cocoa powder and flour. Grind the resulting mixture thoroughly. It should look like a crumb. The blank for the base is ready.

Step 3

Lay the detachable form with parchment paper or foil and grease the bottom with butter. Place half of the flour crumbs into the mold.

Step 4

Beat all the ingredients for the filling with a mixer or blender. The mass should be uniform and smooth. Put the finished filling and flatten on the flour crumbs, which are in the form.

Step 5

Cover the curd filling with the other half of the flour crumbs. Preheat the oven to 170˚C, place the pie in it and bake for 55-60 minutes.

Step 6

After removing the cake from the oven, cool it well without removing it from the mold. Decorate the cake with chocolate chips.
