    • 1 glass of water;
    • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

    • 400 g flour;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 150 g of milk;
    • 20 g butter;
    • 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
    • a pinch of salt.
    • Recipe number 3:
    • 1 glass of kefir;
    • 1 egg;
    • 100 g margarine;
    • 2.5 cups flour;
    • a pinch of salt.
    • Recipe number 4:
    • 0.5 cups of water;
    • 1 egg;
    • 1 tsp salt;
    • 2 cups of flour;
    • 1 egg white.

Instructions

Step 1

Recipe number 1

Sift flour into a deep bowl. Add warm water and salt to it. Knead a fairly stiff dough. Add vegetable oil at the end of kneading. Add more flour if necessary. The dough should be as tight as for the noodles.

Place the dough in a plastic bag, tie it tightly and let sit for about an hour. From the resulting dough, you can make dumplings with any filling.

Soften butter at room temperature. Mash it with eggs, granulated sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Add warm milk to the mixture of eggs and butter and mix well.

Add sifted wheat flour to the mixture and knead the dough. Leave it under a napkin for 20 minutes. After that, the dough is completely ready for use.

Mix kefir and egg until smooth.

Melt the margarine. Chill it a little and add to kefir. Pour in a pinch of salt. Mix everything.
