  • Stewed cabbage with sausages:
  • - 3 kg of white cabbage;
  • - 2 large onions;
  • - 8 hunting sausages;
  • - vegetable oil for frying;
  • - 2 carrots;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 1 large bell pepper;
  • - a handful of pitted olives;
  • - salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste.

Braised red cabbage

This dish is a traditional English side dish for roast goose. But if you prefer vegetarian food, serve meatless cabbage with fresh white or whole grain bread. Remove the top leaves from the head of cabbage, remove the stalk and finely chop the cabbage. Place it in a large ovenproof dish. Peel and grate the apples, chop the onion. Add apples and onions to cabbage, pour vinegar there, put grated nutmeg, sugar, cinnamon powder and cloves. Shuffle the contents of the form. Cut the butter into slices and spread them over the cabbage.
