If you want to eat something hearty and very tasty, you can make potato pancakes with bacon. This dish is prepared quite quickly and easily.
It is necessary

- - lard - 150 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - carrots - 1 pc;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - flour - 0.5 cups;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
The first thing to do is chop the bacon. You need to cut it into thin strips. Carrots, potatoes and onions must be thoroughly washed, peeled, and then grated, preferably coarse. Take a large cup and combine the freshly grated vegetables and chopped bacon in it.
Step 2
Add raw eggs to the mixture of vegetables and lard. Also, do not forget to salt and pepper it. Sift the flour through a sieve and add to the same place as the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it, then start spreading the resulting mass with a spoon in the form of small pancakes. Fry the potato pancakes on each side until a golden crust appears, that is, at least 3-4 minutes. This dish should be served hot without fail, with sour cream or thick yogurt. Deruny with bacon are ready!
