Mojo sauce is a very popular Portuguese sauce that comes in green or red color. It goes well with fish, meat and vegetables. This sauce is very often prepared in the Canary Islands, try fried fish fillet with mojo sauce.
It is necessary
- - 750 g of fish fillets (salmon, salmon, etc.);
- - 100 ml of olive oil;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of white wine vinegar;
- - 2 teaspoons of sweet ground paprika;
- - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, cumin;
- - pepper, salt.

Step 1
Mix lemon juice with salt and pepper (use white ground pepper).
Step 2
Cut the fish fillet into small portions, marinate in the lemon mixture - 30 minutes will be enough.
Step 3
Prepare the mojo sauce, it is very simple: put cumin (cumin), sweet paprika, peeled garlic cloves into a mixer, beat, slowly adding olive oil. At the very end, pour in white wine vinegar, beat for another 1 minute together. If you like spicy, you can add more garlic. In appearance, the sauce should resemble adjika.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a skillet, fry the fish pieces on all sides until tender. Fish fillets usually cook quickly - 10-20 minutes is enough, depending on the size of the pieces.
Step 5
Put the hot fish on plates, pour abundantly on top with mojo sauce, you can decorate with sprigs of fresh dill. Serve immediately, until cool.
