  • - 635 g chicken fillet;
  • - 165 g of champignons;
  • - 245 g of grapefruit;
  • - 125 g of hard cheese;
  • - salt pepper;
  • - 75 g of parsley;
  • - 100 g of pomegranate seeds;
  • - 140 g green onions.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry well and cut into several pieces. Rub them with salt, lightly pepper, transfer to a pan with heated sunflower oil and fry first on one side and then on the other.

Step 2

Rinse the champignons thoroughly, divide into two parts. Boil the smaller part of the mushrooms in salted water and set aside for decoration.

Step 3

Cut the rest into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil for about 9 minutes.

Peel and disassemble the grapefruit into wedges. Cut the cheese into thin slices.

Step 5

Thoroughly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, transfer the fried chicken fillet to it. Spread grapefruit slices around each piece, put fried mushrooms and cheese slices on the chicken pieces.

Step 6

Bake in the oven at a temperature not exceeding 190 degrees for about 35 minutes. Decorate the finished dish with pomegranate seeds, dill and mushrooms on top.
