It is necessary
- 1. Fresh cabbage - 300 g;
- 2. Medium carrots - 2 pcs.;
- 3. Bulb onions - 2 pcs.;
- 4. Medium eggplant - 2 pcs.;
- 5. Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;
- 6. Potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- 7. Tomato - 1 pc.;
- 8. Minced meat - 200 g;
- 9. Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- 10. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Vegetable stew with minced meat is cooked in a fairly deep container. This can be a frying pan with high sides or a saucepan. Products are placed in a heated container as they are cut.
Step 2
Finely chop the cabbage and put in a bowl. For stewing, add half a glass of water and salt a little. Select medium fire for extinguishing.
Step 3
Chop the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the cabbage. Stir for 5 minutes, the cabbage should give juice.

Cut the onion into half rings, add to the vegetables. Do not close the container lid.
Step 5
Peel and dice the potatoes. Add to cabbage and carrots along with vegetable oil.

Wash the eggplant, also cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Cut the bell pepper and tomato into small cubes. Pepper seeds must be disposed of. To prevent the dish from burning, you need to add a little water as needed, although the juice of the vegetables themselves is usually sufficient.
Step 8
To prepare minced meat, you need to choose a chicken breast, scroll it through a meat grinder and add to vegetables. Season the dish with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 9
After covering with a lid, simmer the vegetable stew with minced meat, stirring occasionally, for another 30 minutes.
