The yoghurt cake turns out to be especially tender. Try it and you make such a cupcake, it's very simple. Even a man can handle the preparation of this cupcake if he wants to serve coffee with a cupcake to his girlfriend on March 8 or Valentine's Day!
For a yoghurt cake, you will need: 1 glass of yogurt (drinking, with any fruit or berry flavor), 3 eggs, one and a half glasses of flour, 1-3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 50 g of butter, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a little salt (on the tip of a knife), 100-150 g of raisins (and / or any other dried fruits at will and taste).
Making a yoghurt cake
Beat the yolks with sugar, salt, pour in vegetable oil and butter (pre-melt it). Add yogurt to this mass, while continuing to stir, gradually add flour and baking powder. Add raisins at the end. Beat the whites into a foam, mix them with the dough. Pour all this mass into a large form or several small ones. Place in a preheated oven (up to 180 degrees Celsius), bake until golden brown. The finished cake can be sprinkled with icing sugar or pour over any cream.
Helpful hint: Of course, you can change some proportions of food, for example, add more sugar or raisins. You can also replace some of the raisins with other dried fruits (dried apricots or prunes, which must first be soaked in hot water for 10-15 minutes and cut into small pieces).
