Dry in the oven for a few minutes. Once the croutons have cooled, place them in a plate with leaves and stir everything. Dressing: Boil one chicken egg in boiling water for exactly one minute. Using a mixer, mix: 0.5 tsp. mustard, 0.5 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tsp. Caesar dressings and sliced boiled egg. This should be done on a separate plate. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a trickle into the resulting mass. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into this mass. Mix everything well. Pour the dressing over the lettuce leaves with croutons.
