A good use for pumpkin is to make a delicious pie. The aroma of homemade baked goods will involuntarily attract all household members to the table, and even children who do not always eat this vegetable in a different form will love the bright pumpkin delicacy.
Ingredients:
- 200 g sugar;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 200 g pumpkin;
- 500 g flour;
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- salt to taste, bread crumbs.
Preparation:
- Grate a large juicy piece of pumpkin on a coarse grater, measure so that you get a glass. Place the pumpkin in a deep bowl, in which it will be convenient to knead the dough.
- Break 2 eggs into a separate container, beat, add to the grated pumpkin.
- Add a glass of sugar to the resulting mass, mix well. For flavor, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- Season the mixture with a pinch of ground cinnamon, a teaspoon of baking soda (baking soda can be substituted). Salt a little. If you don't like the combination of salt and sweetness in the cake, you can skip using salt. But it is usually added to enhance the flavor.
- Add odorless vegetable oil.
- Measure out 500 grams of flour, sift well into the pumpkin mixture. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Place some bread crumbs on the bottom of the baking dish. The optimal diameter of the cake mold is 20-22 cm. If you use a silicone mold, then you do not need to use crackers.
- You need to bake the cake for 40 minutes. Willingness is determined by piercing the product with a wooden stick. Once the cake is ready, there will be no traces of dough left on it. Serve the tart with heavy cream.
