Orange jam is not only very tasty, but also very aromatic. This jam is rich in vitamin C, so it is simply irreplaceable all year round.

1 kilogram of oranges, 1, 2 kilograms of granulated sugar, 2 glasses of water

Step 1
Wash the oranges, pour boiling water over them and immerse them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave in the same water for 2-3 hours until it cools completely.
Step 2
Pour sugar into a saucepan, cover with water and put on medium heat. Stir constantly with a spoon until the sugar is completely dissolved. Boil water for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Use a sharp knife to cut the oranges into thin slices and remove the seeds.
Step 4
Place the oranges in a bowl or saucepan and cover with hot sugar syrup. Boil oranges for 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and leave for 1 hour.
Step 5
Drain the syrup, boil it for 10 minutes and pour it over the oranges again. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
Pour hot jam into sterilized jars and twist.
