Cheese soufflé can be made from different types of cheeses: from suluguni, feta cheese, parmesan, roquefort, emmental. The main thing is that the type of cheese is hard. You can choose anything as an additive to such a soufflé, because the soufflé does not have to be sweet, but in our case we will prepare a raspberry dessert.

It is necessary

  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - one and a half glasses of cream of 10% fat content;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 1 teaspoon of sugar, baking powder;
  • - fresh raspberries or raspberry jam.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the cheese into cubes, mix it with cream, cheese, sugar, flour. Add baking powder and beat in the egg yolks. Beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Make a stable foam from the egg whites, add to the cheese mass.

Step 3

Take small portioned baking dishes and grease them with oil.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the molds, place them on a baking sheet. Pour water on a baking sheet - it should reach the middle of the molds.

Step 5

Bake the soufflé at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Mash fresh raspberries with sugar, pour the resulting sauce over the hot soufflé. Instead of fresh raspberries, you can use jam (not necessarily raspberry - choose to taste). Serve immediately.
