Combine sugar and egg yolks in a separate container. Beat the ingredients with a whisk or mixer. The yolks should turn into a white foam.

Without stopping whipping the egg mass, pour the milk mixture into the contents of the container in a thin stream. You should have a smooth mass of pancake dough consistency.
Step 4
Place the prepared sauce in a water bath. Stir the mixture lightly for 7-10 minutes. As soon as the mass becomes thicker, pour the sauce into a bowl or bowl, cool slightly and serve with pancakes. You can add some cinnamon for flavor.
