  • - 1 and 1/3 tsp baking powder.
  • For the cream:
  • - 310 g of cream cheese at room temperature (for example, "Philadelphia");
  • - 310 g of Mascarpone cheese at room temperature;
  • - 1 and 1/3 tsp vanilla extract;
  • - 155 g of sifted icing sugar;
  • - 480 ml cold cream 35%.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare two tins with a diameter of 30 cm: line them with baking paper and brush with butter. Put the oven on heating up to 180 degrees.

Sift flour with cocoa and salt into a spacious container.

Beat the butter separately with a hand blender for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add sugar and continue whisking until fluffy, light creamy. Beat eggs into the mixture, one at a time. Add vanilla and stir again.

Dilute food coloring in buttermilk. In three steps, constantly stirring, combine all the biscuit blanks. You should start and finish with flour.

Separately mix baking powder with vinegar, pour into dough, mix quickly and put in prepared forms. Smooth out and put in the oven for about half an hour. Readiness to check as standard - using a wooden stick.

Cool the finished cakes on a wire rack, wrap in plastic wrap and put in the cold for 3 - 5 hours.

Prepare the cream. Beat the two types of cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix thoroughly again. Whisk the cold cream separately and mix with the cheese with a spatula until smooth.

Step 8
