A cake called "Red Velvet" is easy enough to make. Red cakes were made during the Second World War. Beetroot was used for the color of the cake.

- • 3 g vanilla;
- • 1 tsp. food coloring;
- • Cream cheese;
- • Powdered sugar;
- • Express.

Preheat oven to 165 degrees.

Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder and cocoa.
Step 3
Beat eggs with sugar, then add butter.
Step 4
In another container, mix kefir, vanilla, vinegar, dye and expresso. Add to the egg mass.

Add flour to the mass, mix with spatula.
Step 6
Put the resulting dough into molds.
Step 7
Place on the middle rack of the oven for 40 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare a creamy frosting.
To do this, beat the cheese with powdered sugar.
Step 8
Frost the surface of the cake.
Step 9
Put the cake in the refrigerator. You can serve it one hour after it has stood at room temperature.
