This dish combines 3 signature desserts of American cuisine at once: brownie, cheesecake and Red Velvet cake!
It is necessary
- The foundation:
- - 100 g of melted butter;
- - 110 g of sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. milk;
- - 0.75 tsp vinegar;
- - 1 tbsp. red food coloring;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 87 g flour;
- - 3 tbsp. cocoa;
- - a pinch of salt.
- Cheesecake:
- - 225 g of Philadelphia cream cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - 40 g of icing sugar;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 28x8 cm mold with oil.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar into a fluffy creamy mass. Add milk, food coloring, vinegar. Beat the eggs in turn, mixing the ingredients thoroughly until smooth after each.
Step 3
Separately sift flour with cocoa and salt and add to liquid ingredients. Knead and put in a mold with a spatula. A little bit of base dough must be left to create the patterns.
Step 4
For a layer of cheesecake, simply beat the cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract and egg using a mixer until smooth. Place on top of the red base, spreading gently and evenly with a spatula. Place the remaining dough in drops and create patterns with a torch or fork.
Step 5
Send to a hot oven for half an hour. Allow to cool completely before sculpturing portions with cookie cutters.
