Breads are to the liking of those who follow their figure, as they have slightly fewer calories than any other yeast baked goods. I suggest you make bread at home. These baked goods are also great to use as a snack.
It is necessary
- - whole grain flour - 110 g;
- - egg white - 1 pc.;
- - unrefined vegetable oil - 2, 5 tablespoons;
- - milk - 1 tablespoon;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - baking powder for dough - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - freshly ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
In a separate bowl with a deep bottom, pass the flour along with the baking powder, that is, baking powder, through a sieve. Add unrefined sunflower oil there. Mix everything. Note that it is best to use whole grain flour for making the bread.
Step 2
Then add the following ingredients to the flour mixture: raw egg white, as well as milk and a clove of garlic chopped with a fine grater. Pour in a pinch of salt and some freshly ground black pepper. Mix everything as it should. As a result, you will have a fairly elastic dough for future crisps.
Step 3
Lay parchment paper on the work surface, and put the resulting elastic dough on it. Roll it out with a rolling pin so that the thickness is 3 millimeters, no more.
Step 4
Cut the figures out of the dough rolled out on baking paper. They can be, for example, in the form of cookies, or they can have the same shape as many commercial crispbreads - rectangular.
Step 5
Place the rectangles cut from the dough on a baking sheet, laid out in advance with baking paper, at some distance from each other. Now send them to the oven and cook at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 6
After letting the dish cool down, you can serve it to the table. Homemade bread is ready!
