Lubricate the surface of the baking sheet with oil and pour the dough onto it. If necessary, spread the dough evenly over the entire surface with a spoon and put in the oven.

After 12-15 minutes, the biscuit is ready. This can be determined by the brown tint that the layer will acquire. We take out the baking sheet from the oven, and then you need to act quickly!

Using a spatula, separate the biscuit from the surface of the sheet and begin to twist the roll, while lubricating it with jam. Some of the filling will be absorbed into the biscuit and it will not dry out. The whole jar of jam can go to the roll.

Do not wait for the biscuit to cool down, otherwise you will not be able to roll it into a roll, it will break. Wear gloves if your hands feel hot.
