How to make a sweet roll at home, not everyone knows. It's actually quite simple and fast.

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a mixing bowl. Take eggs, milk powder, sugar and just a little salt. Whisk them thoroughly in a bowl until smooth. Add sifted flour. You need so much flour so that the dough is liquid, about like thick sour cream.
Step 2
Turn on the oven in advance to warm up. Take a baking sheet, place special baking paper on it and pour the dough over it. Spread the dough evenly and place in the oven until golden brown.
Step 3
When you see that the cake has become ruddy, carefully remove it from the oven and immediately separate it from the baking paper with a spatula. Then gently turn the baking sheet over onto the already prepared towel. Also very quickly grease the cake with the filling (condensed milk, jam, jam) and very quickly roll into a roll. The faster you pull the cake out of the oven and lubricate it, the better and more evenly it will twist and take shape.
Step 4
This kneaded dough should be enough for 2 cakes. So do all the same with the second cake. It can be greased with another filling. After baking, let the roll cool and soak.
