Do you have a piece of meat or minced meat, and you do not know which is the best to cook from it? The usual traditional cutlets are no doubt tasty, but they are fed up with it. I suggest making delicious meatballs with gravy, which are prepared very simply, without unnecessary hassle. All that remains is to come up with a side dish and a wonderful, nutritious dinner is ready.

- 1 kg of minced meat (pork and beef),
- 0.5 cups rice
- 3 onions,
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- vegetable oil,
- 2 eggs,
- salt
- pepper
- seasonings,
- Bay leaf
- greens.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to cook the minced meat. Wash the meat and mince it along with the onion. Season with salt and pepper and season to taste.
Step 2
Break a couple of eggs into the minced meat. Rinse the rice thoroughly under running water and put in the minced meat.
Step 3
Mix everything well and start forming the meatballs. Shape the minced meat into balls and place in a baking dish.
Step 4
Peel the onions and chop finely. Grate the carrots. Fry the onions and carrots in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil. At the end of frying, add one tablespoon of tomato paste and fry a little.
Step 5
Place the frying on top of the meatballs. Carefully pour broth or plain water (boiling water). Salt, add spices, bay leaf. Place in a preheated oven, bake until tender, about 40 minutes. At the end of readiness sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Step 6
Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta. Top with the resulting gravy.
