Duck breast skewers in a magnificent marinade, complemented by cheddar and grapes - a great cold appetizer. The dish is very tasty, it is quick and easy to prepare. The appetizer will delight guests and households with a magnificent appearance. The specified amount of food is enough for 5-6 servings.
It is necessary
- - duck breast - 1 pc.;
- - cheddar cheese - 100 g;
- - green grapes - 100 g;
- - pink grapes - 100 g;
- - dry red wine - 200 ml;
- - raspberry vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - sugar - 1, 5 tbsp. l.;
- - allspice peas - 4-5 peas;
- - carnation buds - 3-4 pcs.;
- - rosemary - 2 sprigs;
- - lettuce leaves - 5-6 leaves;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the duck breast thoroughly, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Cooking the marinade. Combine wine, vinegar, sugar, stir. Add peppercorns, cloves, rosemary to the mixture. Boil the marinade over low heat for 2-3 minutes from the moment it boils. Cool to room temperature. The marinade is ready.
Step 3
Pour the cooked marinade over the duck breast and leave the meat to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4
Then dry the breast, rub with salt, pepper, grill on both sides until tender (7-10 minutes). Cut the finished breast into small pieces (about 3x3 centimeters).
Step 5
Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes.
Step 6
Rinse the grapes with water, dry. Cut in half lengthways and remove pits.
Step 7
Take long wooden skewers. Alternating, it is necessary to string pieces of cheese, duck breast and grapes on skewers. Put lettuce leaves on a plate, put ready-made skewers on top. The appetizer is ready.
