It is necessary

    • 150 g sugar;
    • 150 g salt;
    • 4 bay leaves;
    • 10 pieces of cloves;
    • 6 peas of black pepper;
    • 2 teaspoons 70% vinegar essence.

    • 1 tablespoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
    • 1 tablespoon 70% acetic acid

Wash 2 3 liter jars. Dry them, place them on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other.

Step 2

Place the baking sheet with the jars in the cold oven. Heat it to 180 degrees and ignite the jars for 20 minutes. Leave the jars in the oven until they cool completely.

Rinse the tomatoes in plenty of water and use a toothpick to make a puncture in each from the side of the stalk.

Arrange the tomatoes in prepared jars. Pour boiling water over them and cover with lids. Leave the drenched tomatoes until the water in the jars is lukewarm.

Drain the tomato jars into a large saucepan. Add 150 g each granulated sugar and salt, 4 bay leaves, 10 cloves, 6 black peppercorns. Put the marinade on fire and bring it to a boil.

Pour 1 teaspoon of 70% vinegar essence into each jar and pour the boiling marinade over the tomatoes.

Roll up the cans with metal lids, turn them over and wrap them until they cool completely.

Place an umbrella of dill on the bottom of a sterilized 3-liter jar and fill it with ripe red tomatoes.

Prepare the marinade. In 1, 5 liters of water, put 1 tablespoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Bring the marinade to a boil.
