White carp stuffed with mushrooms and rice will decorate the festive table and its preparation will not take much time. First, clean the fish, gut the entrails, remove the gills and rinse thoroughly under running water. Rub with coarse salt and leave for a while. Sort out and rinse fresh mushrooms, cut into strips. Peel the onions and chop finely. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry with the mushrooms. Boil rice in a separate container. Then mix with mushrooms and onions. Add mayonnaise. Rinse the fish from the remaining salt and stuff. Stab the abdomen with toothpicks. Place the grass carp on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.

White carp with vegetables is a delicious and satisfying dish that will decorate your table. Wash the fish, peel and remove giblets and gills. Rinse again under running water. Rub the fish with vegetable oil, spices and salt. Place fresh herbs inside. Slice potatoes, tomatoes and onions. Place the fish on a baking sheet along with the vegetables. Brush with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven up to 170C.

For a change, you can make a kebab from grass carp. Delicate taste and delicious aroma will not leave you indifferent. Peel the fish, wash under running cold water and cut into pieces. Prepare the marinade. Combine tomato paste and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave the grass carp to marinate for a few hours. Then fry over charcoal until tender.

Cupid meatballs are suitable for both a family dinner and a festive table. Clean the fish, gut, remove the gills and rinse under cold water. Cut into pieces about 5cm thick. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Crack the eggs and beat them. Dip each piece of fish in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs in turn. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the grass carp on it until golden brown. Then cover, reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
