Step 1
Boil the sugar syrup. To do this, put sugar in a large saucepan and add a little water to it. Boil the syrup while stirring for 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Pour milk into the syrup. Add vanillin. Mix everything thoroughly. Reduce heat and boil the resulting mass to the thickness and consistency you need. Make sure that your condensed milk does not burn.
Step 3
Some cooks cook condensed milk in a "water bath": mix the ingredients, bring to a boil over medium heat and place a container with condensed milk in a pot of boiling water. Boil for about an hour, remembering to stir occasionally.
