Original recipes for batter

Lovers of the classics should try the onion batter recipe, which will give the fish an additional aroma and taste. All the products for its preparation are always in the refrigerator for every housewife.

To make batter you will need:

- egg - 1 piece;

- small onion;

- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;

- flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;

- salt and pepper to taste.

Chop the onion on a grater or in a blender, mix with the rest of the ingredients and beat with a whisk. The fish should lie in such batter for 10 minutes, then it will absorb the onion aroma.

The original and beloved by many is beer batter. After all, beer, as you know, has excellent softening properties, and the crust on the fish turns out to be incredibly crispy and airy.

Required set of products:

- light beer - 200-250 ml;
