It is necessary

  • - a pack of pasta;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 0.5 cups of milk;
  • - 0.5 kg of chicken breast;
  • - 2 medium onions;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 150 g smoked sausage cheese;
  • - 200 g of mayonnaise.
  • For cheese and vegetable sauce:
  • - large carrots;
  • - onion;
  • - large tomato;
  • - Bulgarian pepper;
  • - a small zucchini;
  • - 200 g sour cream;
  • - 100 g ketchup;
  • - 50 g of cheese;
  • - 800 ml of water
  • - salt, sugar, pepper, to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the chicken from the bones, cut the fillets into small pieces. Lightly salt the chicken meat, fry with grated carrots and small pieces of onion. Boil the pasta, cool, transfer to a deep bowl.

Step 2

Beat eggs with milk, salt. Pour pasta with this mixture, mix everything. Grease a baking dish with butter and place half of the pasta in the milk and egg filling.

Place the fried chicken and vegetables on the pasta layer. Cover the meat and vegetable layer with the remaining pasta. Grate smoked sausage cheese, mix with mayonnaise and spread over the entire surface of the pasta.

Sprinkle the casserole with green onions and place in the oven. Cut the onion, tomato, zucchini and pepper into small pieces, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Simmer the vegetable mixture with a little sunflower oil.
