You can do without baking by buying ready-made hamburger buns. But if you want to cook them yourself, then a detailed recipe is attached.

It is necessary

  • For cutlets:
  • - beef - 500 g;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - oregano, coriander, cumin - 1 tsp;
  • - salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • - bread crumbs - 5 tbsp. spoons;
  • - refined frying oil.
  • For buns:
  • - milk - 0.5 cups;
  • - butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - salt - 2 pinches;
  • - flour - 7 glasses;
  • - water - 1, 5 glasses;
  • - dry yeast - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - sesame seeds for dusting.
  • To build:
  • - processed cheese in squares;
  • - lettuce leaves;
  • - tomatoes –2 pcs.;
  • - pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
  • - ketchup, mayonnaise.

Instructions

Step 1

Buns are baked from yeast dough. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water. Heat the milk until it boils, then remove it from the heat and add sugar, salt and butter. Stir until everything is completely dissolved. After cooling down, mix with yeast starter culture. Then gradually add flour and knead the dough - first with a spoon, then on the table. When the dough stops sticking to your hands, coat it with vegetable oil, place it in a tightly sealed container and put it in a warm place for 1 hour. After that, we crumple it and form small balls (about 20 pieces are obtained). Coat the buns with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.

You can use ready-made ground beef to make the patties, but it's better to make it yourself. To do this, we pass the beef through a meat grinder. Add the stirred egg, mix thoroughly. Then add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, ground spices. Mix everything again and form flat patties-flat cakes from the minced meat according to the diameter of our buns. Fry cutlets on both sides in hot oil for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

It remains to collect our burgers. Cut the buns in half, grease both cuts with a little mayonnaise. Put a leaf of lettuce on the bottom half, then pieces of pickled cucumbers and fresh tomatoes, and then a cutlet. Lubricate it with ketchup and put a square of melted cheese on top. Cover with the top half.
