When you mention a hamburger, fast food and excess weight immediately come to mind. But if you use bran bread, and replace the meat with salmon, you get a completely dietary dish.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 2-3 hamburgers:
- - 2-3 rolls of coarse flour;
- - 400 gr. salmon (fillet);
- - an egg;
- - 70 gr. leeks;
- - a teaspoon of sweet mustard;
- - a teaspoon of ketchup;
- - parsley;
- - salt and pepper;
- - lettuce leaves;
- - tartar sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
We check the salmon fillet - there should not be a single bone in it. Chop it finely so that the salmon looks like minced meat.
Step 2
We spread the minced fish into a bowl. Chop the leek and parsley, add them to the salmon along with a raw egg. Salt and pepper, season with ketchup and mustard. Gently mix the minced meat until smooth and make 2 or 3 patties out of it.
Step 3
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, fry the salmon cutlets on it until cooked, pressing slightly so that they become flat.
Step 4
Put lettuce leaves, salmon cutlet and tartar sauce on the bun. Delicious and low-calorie hamburger is ready!
