It is necessary

  • Ingredients for 2-3 hamburgers:
  • - 2-3 rolls of coarse flour;
  • - 400 gr. salmon (fillet);
  • - an egg;
  • - 70 gr. leeks;
  • - a teaspoon of sweet mustard;
  • - a teaspoon of ketchup;
  • - parsley;
  • - salt and pepper;
  • - lettuce leaves;
  • - tartar sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

We check the salmon fillet - there should not be a single bone in it. Chop it finely so that the salmon looks like minced meat.

Step 2

We spread the minced fish into a bowl. Chop the leek and parsley, add them to the salmon along with a raw egg. Salt and pepper, season with ketchup and mustard. Gently mix the minced meat until smooth and make 2 or 3 patties out of it.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan, fry the salmon cutlets on it until cooked, pressing slightly so that they become flat.
