- - 250 grams of sour cream

Step 1
The first step is to prepare the dressing. To do this, prepare the onion and finely chop it into cubes. Peel and chop the carrots with a coarse grater. In a frying pan hot with vegetable oil, send the onion and fry it until half cooked, then add the carrots to it. Fry vegetables until soft.
Step 2
Cook fish. Rinse thoroughly and blot off excess moisture with a paper towel. Fillet the fish by removing all the bones from it. Cut the resulting fillet into small cubes. Pour sour cream into the prepared vegetables. Boil the sauce, then season with salt and pepper, stir well and remove from heat.
Step 3
Prepare a dish suitable for baking. Fold the fish into it, salt and pepper it to taste. Spread the prepared sauce on top in an even layer. Place the grated cheese on top of the sauce. The fish dish must be sent to a well-heated oven for about 35 minutes. When serving fish on portioned plates, it is recommended to decorate it with herbs.
