- - 2 tablespoons of sugar (for the filling);
- - 230 g of dark chocolate (in pieces);
Instructions
Step 1
Place the raspberries in a bowl and cover the berries with two tablespoons of sugar and let sit for 30 minutes. Melt softened butter over low heat in a saucepan, add chopped chocolate.
Step 2
While stirring constantly, heat the mixture until the chocolate is completely dissolved. Then remove the mixture from heat and, while continuing to stir, add one and a half cups of sugar in portions, add eggs, gradually add flour. Knead the dough and divide into two equal portions.
Step 3
Prepare two tins with a diameter of 23 * 33 cm for baking, line the bottom with foil so that the ends hang down. Divide the dough into two tins and bake in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for 12-15 minutes.
Step 4
Check the readiness of the baking with a wooden stick, inserting it into the cake, wet crumbs should remain on the stick. Let the cakes cool in the mold.
Step 5
Whip the cream with a mixer. Stir the cream and raspberries gently, pour in the berry juice, mix again. Put the resulting filling on the cake without removing it from the mold. Remove the second one from the mold, taking the ends of the foil and transfer it to the board, free it from the foil.
Step 6
Turn the crust back on the baking sheet and carefully cover the filling with the crust in the first mold. Tighten the brownie mold with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 6 hours, preferably overnight. Spoon the chilled dessert out of the mold onto a board.
