Step 1
Bake bread in advance. To do this, sift the flour, mix together. Put the yeast in flour, rub with your fingers. Heat the water to the temperature of fresh milk, dissolve the salt in it. Combine water and flour mixture, knead to a soft dough. Knead for 7-10 minutes. Next, lower the semi-finished product into a volumetric container, cover. Remove dough in a warm place. In 60-70 minutes, it will increase in volume. Then it should be crumpled and formed into a loaf.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with butter, fill 2/3 of the volume with dough. Place the dough again in a warm place for 50-60 minutes. Heat the oven to maximum, set the workpiece. Bake the bread for the first 15 minutes at maximum heat, with steam. Next, you need to reduce the heating to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the hot bread from the mold, cool.
Step 3
Prepare the sandwich filling. Place the tofu in a sieve, cover with foil, set the oppression on top. In 20-25 minutes, the excess liquid will merge. Next, slice the tofu randomly. Cut the smoked eel fillet into pieces. Wash the avocado, cut in half. Remove the pit and extract the pulp. Squeeze the juice out of half of the lemon. Pour it over the avocado wedges.
Step 4
Place the tofu, eel slices, 3 chips, or a nori leaf, and an avocado in a blender bowl. Puree foods. Add salt and soy sauce to your taste.
Step 5
